The Annual International Russian Language Festival is an educational and creative platform for foreign students enabling them to improve their language proficiency and show their talents in creative tests.

"Our goal within the international cooperation development is in the Russian language promotion, its preservation and development. Over the past year, the number of festival participants has doubled. This suggests that the number of those who love, want to know and study Russian is constantly growing. The festival program includes seven competitions: "Creativity in Theatre", "Art of Declamation", "Children and Youth Cinema and Television", "Choreographic Art", "Vocal and Choral Art", "Contemporary Arts and Crafts and Visual Arts", "Experts in Russian Language, History and Culture of Russia".

Foreign students, starting from the seventh grade, who study Russian as a foreign language or as a second native language in educational institutions of Russia or foreign countries, can participate.

To take part, you need to fill out the registration form in Russian on the Moscow Center of Education Quality Monitoring website in the "International Activities" section ("Festivals and Competitions" tab).
