The Romanian Master of Informatics has been held annually since 2011. Moscow schoolchildren participate in it as part of training before major international competitions. The online Centre of Teaching Excellence helps them prepare for the competitions. For this purpose, pupils use the website informatics.msk.ru, which is planned to be integrated into the Moscow e-school.
At the end of November, Muscovites received two gold and three silver awards at the Bulgarian Tournament in Informatics, and in September, two Moscow schoolchildren won gold and silver at the International Olympiad in Informatics.
