Moscow made the top 100 of the world's best cities for students

October 29

Moscow has made the top hundred best cities in the world for students. The rating was compiled by the British consulting company Studee.

During the study, the average cost of living and rental housing, Internet speed and the number of universities included in international rankings were taken into account. The experts also assessed the number of young people aged 15 to 24, the quality and availability of food, the standard of living, security and freedom of speech.

"We believe that every student should have the opportunity to study abroad, and we understand how difficult it is for foreign students to find housing that meets their needs," said Gina Gavilanes, head of Studee.

In addition to Moscow (84th place), three other Russian cities were included in the ranking: St. Petersburg (98th place), Novosibirsk (99th position) and Tomsk (closes the hundred).

The top five of the list included Tokyo, Melbourne, Seoul, Quebec and Adelaide. Dublin is recognized as the best student city in Europe, occupying the 13th place in the list.
