Russpass digital tourist service posted offers for travelling across Russia's Far East. Among them are Kamchatsky Krai, Sakhalin Oblast and Chukotka Autonomous Okrug.

More than 40 offers are available, including volcanoes of Kamchatka, the Wrangel Island Reserve and the zoo with eared seal (sea lions ). Russpass users can create their own tour or choose readymade itineraries.

Kamchatka: be the first to meet sunrise

Russpass offers several options of leisure in the Kamchatsky Krai. You can visit thermal springs of the peninsula and the Valley of Geysers, be the first in Russia to meet sunrise or see the highest active volcano in Eurasia, Klyuchevskaya Sopka.

Chukotka: visit the sacred place of ancient tribes

In Chukotka Autonomous Okrug there are many Landmarks too. For example, there is the Yttygran Island with Whale Bone Alley. Two rows of bones of bowhead whales are planted into the ground, experts suggest that local tribes performed rituals here.

Another Chukotka landmark is the Wrangel Island State Nature Reserve. Herds of deer, polar bears live here, and whales swim in the sea.

And that is not all Chukotka can offer. Russpass contains information about Lake Elgygytgyn, Providence Bay and other attractions of Chukotka Autonomous Okrug.

Sakhalin: feel the cultural mix

Sakhalin Oblast offers more than 20 options for travel. For example, you can visit Iturup Island, Shikotan Island, volcanoes and waterfalls.

Sakhalin is a place where Russian and Asian traditions are intertwined. The region is best described by The Sakhalin Regional Museum of Local Lore. The building itself, made in “Teikanzukuri” Japanese architectural style, gives you the right mood.

Russpass also suggests to see eared seal in the natural zoo near Nevelsk.

Russpass is a digital travel service that helps plan travel itineraries across Russia. Here, one can buy aircraft and rail tickets, admission to museums and theaters and learn about landmarks to visit and helpful services to use. More than 1200 travel options are available on Russpass including tours and exclusive travel itineraries. Russpass signed cooperation agreements with 82 regions and 60 of them submitted their travel programs.

The service was initiated by the Moscow Government. The project implementation is supervised by Moscow’s Tourism Committee jointly with Moscow’s Department of Information Technologies.
