Sightseeing tours of Zaryadye Park

Zaryadye Park invites everyone to take overview tours. Experienced guides will tell visitors about the history of this ancient district and show the main architectural sites of the park and introduce the diversity of Russian nature — from the northern landscape to steppes and meadows.

Tours are held every day in Russian (3 pm to 6 pm Mondays; and 11 am to 6 pm the other days) and in English (daily at 2 pm and 6 pm). Organised groups of five to 25 people must fill out an application for a tour.

To attend an excursion please visit the Tourist Information Center of Zaryadye park. Here you can learn about all the events in the park, buy tickets, plan your walking routes around the park or the city center.

Sightseeing Park Tour (pre-booked groups)

You will see the main architectural objects of Zaryadye, get acquainted with the diversity of Russian nature from the northern landscapes to the steppe and meadows, learn about the features of their content in the city. The history of the ancient Zaryadye district also will not be ignored.

Sightseeing Historical Tour (pre-booked groups)

The Kitaygorodskaya wall will help participants to learn how fortifications were being built in the 16th century, what kind of defensive and siege combat technique was at that time, in which events the wall played an important role and how it was used by citizens in peacetime.

Russia In Miniature (Sightseeing Landscape Tour) (May 1 – September 15)

Acquaintance with the concept of the park and its unique botanical collection, which allows you to visit different parts of our country without leaving the city.

Available for booking in 2019.
