Welcome to the Easter Gift charitable festival

The Easter Gift Festival is a charity event, as well as a warm-hearted holiday for the whole family! From April 25th to May 5th, visitors can help the needy by participating in various events, donating via SMS or bank transfer, or just purchasing goods and tasty food, proving the truth of this years’ theme: ‘Helping is easy!’ Five percent of all proceeds will go to charitable foundations! The Easter Gift Festival will have more than 250 venues, 14 of which will be at traditional Moscow Seasons’ locations, both inside and outside the city center.

Many captivating events await visitors of all ages during festival days. Just taking a walk around the venues while Moscow is in bloom (the best time for taking strolls in the capital, when it’s so warm and sunny!) will be joyful and fun. If you’re downtown, you can attend theater performances based on fairy tales and Easter stories, as well as folk, choral, and pop music gigs, on Revolution and Tverskaya Squares. There will also be poetry readings accompanied by live music here. Tverskaya Square will turn into a flourishing garden, where you’ll be met by actors inviting you to dance and play ancient street games. In the Living Room Pavilion, you can take master classes in floristry and create wreaths and other flower decorations.

The venue on Klimentovsky Lane will introduce you to the art of Russian gold embroidery. Here, you can see an exhibition of gold embroidered pieces, observe the process, and even try your hand at it!

The festival program on Tverskoy Boulevard will interest all animal lovers. Dog owners can learn a lot of new things about their beloved pets’ abilities at special locations, where experienced dog trainers will teach you how to raise and train your pooch and share their knowledge about their health and psychology. If you already have a pet, you can bring it to the Grooming School for a free consultation with a professional veterinarian. Of course, you can also have your pet groomed here, or even treat it to a spa treatment! Appointments can be made at the venue. At the neighboring festival Pet Shop, you can buy food and pet products for your own four-legged loved one, or for less fortunate dogs and cats living in shelters. The main events on the boulevard will be cat and dog shows, where you can adopt a new friend from a shelter after a consultation with a specialist!

Of course, the festival wouldn’t be complete without Easter treats, and you’ll find dozens of types of traditional Russian Easter cakes, kulichs, a must-have part of the holiday, at our venues. Last year they were 38 different kinds! Visitors can also try traditional Russian Lenten dishes and buy souvenirs, including colorful dyed eggs, handicrafts, and home décor items.

All festival events are free to attend!

More details and full schedule are coming soon!
