Opening of the Ars Longa Music Festival at the Moscow Conservatory

The Great Hall of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory will host the opening of the 19th Ars Longa festival. The Moscow State Symphony Orchestra will take the stage. The concert is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the orchestra.

It will perform pieces by Felix Mendelssohn, Franz Liszt and Alfred Schnittke.

The Moscow State Symphony Orchestra was founded in 1989. In 2017, pianist Ivan Rudin became its Artistic Director. Since then, the orchestra has significantly expanded its repertoire, followed by collaboration with leading Russian and foreign musicians, young conductors and soloists to become a regular participant in popular TV projects.
