Zaryadye Сoncert Hall hosts a concert by tenor Joseph Calleja and Malta Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Constantine Orbelian. The program includes the Overture from 'Nabucco' ('Nebuchadnezzar') opera and Duke's Aria Questa o Guella from 'Rigoletto' by Giuseppe Verdi, Romeo's Cavatina from 'Romeo and Juliet' by Charles Gounod, Overture from 'Orphée Aux Enfers' by Jacques Offenbach and other pieces.

Joseph Calleja is one of the most popular lyrical tenors in the world. He performed the leading parts in new productions of Charles Gounod's 'Faust' and Jacques Offenbach's 'Les Contes d' Hoffmann' at the Metropolitan Opera, and Alfredo's part in Giuseppe Verdi's 'La Traviata'. The singer performed at the Nobel Prize Award Ceremony in Stockholm, participated in a concert organised by the President of Malta in honour of Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh, toured Germany with Anna Netrebko. Since 2012, he has been an official Ambassador of Maltese Culture.
