Ice Theater on Novopushkinsky Square

Many visitors consider ice ballets to be the Journey to Christmas Festival’s most memorable events. These masterpieces combine timeless classical music, incredible sets, fabulous costumes, and performances by professional skaters to create impressions that leave no audience indifferent.

This year, be sure not to miss the striking shows staged at the ice theater on Novopushkinsky Square by five-time US champion and two-time winner of the Four Continents Ice Dancing Championship, Peter Chernyshev, whose program includes beloved favorites like The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Snow White, Cinderella, and The Frog Princess, as well as the premiere of the season – The Snow Queen!

You can give yourself a holiday gift any day: just choose the performance you’d like to see and come with your family and friends! The performances last about an hour.

And when there are no ballets on, the ice theater operates as a regular skating rink that’s open to the public!
