Guy Bourdain. Follow Me

The Lumiere Brothers Center of Photography presents a retrospective exhibition of Guy Bourdain, one of the most influential photographers of the second half of the 20th century, a French artist, innovator and revolutionary of fashion photography. The exhibition features over 50 of the author's most recognizable works from different years, from the 1950s to the mid-1980s. The main magazine that published Bourdain's experimental series was French Vogue, where he worked for 30 years. For 14 years, Guy Bourdain created advertising campaigns for the fashion house Charles Jourdan, pushing the boundaries of commercial photography and changing the viewer's ideas about fashion photography. Guy Bourdain is best known for his color photographs with unusual, surreal, sometimes shocking compositions and paradoxical subjects.
