Festive program, Master Classes Christmas Treats Cooking and Skating Rink

On Slavy Square, during Journey to Christmas festival, culinary school will work, where everyone will try the meals of different countries and, of course, learn how to cook them.

Come during December 13 to 28, and learn the recipes of Danish apple pie, Vienna schnitzel, Christmas “log”, that is a traditional French pastry. And cook Russian drinks: uzvar and sbiten.

Since December 29, the menu will be updated. On weekdays, there will be master classes on cooking Latvian roast beef, and cakes Vertiga with a delicate cottage cheese. At the weekend, they will teach you how to cook buberts — Latvian fluffy dessert made of cottage cheese and semolina, cruchon — a Christmas drink from France, and German pie stollen.

Having refreshed, you can go to the skating rink on the festival venue or dance — creative teams will perform on the stage!

Sports fans will enjoy a hockey game and cheer for one of the teams. On December 14, one stages of the festival tournament will be held at Slavy Square. Final meet of the strongest will be held on December 28 at Revolution Square.

Do not forget to buy holiday souvenirs to present them to your family and friends for the New Year! At the venue, there will be shops where you can buy original and interesting things.
